24 HOUR SATISFACTION GUARANTEED
We stand behind every cleaning service provided. MTDcleaning believes in customer satisfaction. If, for any reason, you're not 100% satisfied with the services that we provide, feel free to contact us within 24 hours of your clean, and MTDcleaning will reschedule the service within 24 to 48 business hours from your original scheduled cleaning services at no extra charge. Due to the subjective nature of the cleaning industry, we do not offer refunds to customers. Please email us at info@mtdclean.com or give us a call at 561-807-1288, and we will address your concerns in a timely and professional manner.
CANCELLATION POLICY
MTDcleaning will assess a 30% cancellation fee for any cancellations for scheduled cleanings within 24 hours of your scheduled cleaning. We will also evaluate $30 per service person for lockout on the day of the service. For specialty cleans (e.g. post-construction, more extensive jobs, etc.), the scheduled billing fee will be applied for cancellations less than 24 hours.
