REGULAR CLEANING BASICS

With our regular cleaning service provides you with an outstanding cleaning job within your budget. This should be standard.

Every regular cleaning includes one (1) bathroom, kitchen, common room, and selected
bedroom(s). You can always order more bathrooms and bedrooms cleaned.

STANDARD CLEANING SERVICES

 

All our standard cleanings include dusting and washing of all reachable surfaces, wiping the outside of kitchen appliances, cabinets, basic cleaning of the bathrooms, vacuuming & sweeping of all floors. KITCHEN

  • Wash and scrub sink, clean countertops, wash cabinet faces and appliances
  • Clean inside and outside of microwave
  • Dust and wipe all reachable surfaces, sweep all floors
  • Wipe door handles and light switches, mirrors and glass fixtures
  • Take out trash and recyclables

BEDROOMS AND COMMON AREAS

  • Make beds and change linens, lamps/shades cleaned, dust and wipe all reachable surfaces
  • Furniture dusting (Top front and underneath)/ picture frames dusted
  • Wipes mirrors, glass fixtures, door handles and light switches
  • Take out trash and recyclables and sweep all the floors
  • Fingerprints removed from all woodwork, door-frames and switch plates
  • General straightening completed

BATHROOMS CLEANING

  • Wash and sanitize toilet, tub and shower tiles scrubbed, disinfected and rinsed
  • Dust and wipe all reachable surfaces and sweep all the floors
  • Wipe door handles and light switches, mirrors and glass fixtures
  • Wash and sanitize toilet, shower, sink and take out trash and recyclables
  • Towels neatly hung and folded
  • Cabinet front cleaned, trash emptied

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Deep Cleaning
Move-In / Move Out Cleaning / Oven cleaning and two loads of laundry
Cleaning inside the fridge /Cleaning inside the cabinets
Cleaning interior windows / Cleaning interior walls
Two hours of organizing/two loads of laundry

Laundry detergent are to be provided by client.
